A. 20 Minute Video. Upon the making of an appointment and the arrival at the office, you will be able to review a 20 minute video entitled Understanding Bankruptcy. This video was prepared by the State Bar of Wisconsin. The video explains the basis of bankruptcy in either a Chapter 7 or 13. After the video is viewed, you will be ready for a 30-minute consultation.

B. Confidential 30 Minute Consultation. After you have completed the videotape regarding Understanding Bankruptcy, you will have an open and frank consultation with Robert C. Stokes to determine your assets, liabilities and cash flow. In this conference, you must be open and honest about your legal problems so a determination can be made as to whether or not you need debt counseling, an informal workout or perhaps a Chapter 7, 13 or 11.
